Therapy services
Therapy is provided separately by Jasmine Greenhouse, LPC, NCC, through HIPAA-compliant scheduling and telehealth platforms (Headway for insurance, SimplePractice for self-pay). Scheduling, clinical information, and payment for therapy are handled inside those platforms, not through this website.
Digital resources
Downloadable resources (printables, workbooks, journals, guides) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual downloading them. You may print copies for your household, classroom, or a small group where you are the professional of record. Redistribution, resale, or bulk reproduction requires written permission.
Shop orders & payments
Prices are listed in USD. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm your order once payment is captured. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. When enabled, payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Shipping
Orders typically ship from within the United States within 3–7 business days of order confirmation. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email sales@thementalwealthco.com with your order number. Digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded.
